As a part of World Wide Fund for Nature, WWF-Myanmar was established in 2014 with the aim to support Myanmar’s development ambitions with a focus on spatial planning and biodiversity conservation in parallel with ecosystem services protection and sustainable livelihoods.
WWF-Myanmar is now inviting applications for a Procurement and Fleet Officer based in Yangon, Myanmar.
Major Functions: This position reports to the Operations Director and is responsible for providing procurement and fleet management services. Providing these services in a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Major responsibilities
Procurement
- Coordinate with appropriate user to identify needs and assist in developing a procurement schedule for goods and services needed
- Coordinate with other project Manager/ Officers to ensure a systematic procurement process
- Track all stages of the procurement process from initial ordering to final delivery and payment for goods and services
Fleet management
- To arrange the transportation requirements of an organization such as distribution, maintenance, respire and utilization of all vehicles.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any business, information or management related fields
- knowledge of procurement procedure and practice
- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
