Education

Education is a central component of Environmental Peacebuilding. The Environmental Peacebuilding Knowledge Platform hosts a variety of materials for educators, trainers, and instructors in this field. These materials include a collection of curricula from university courses and other training programs which are available to download, and in the near future will also include a listing of university classes and professional training courses on environmental peacebuilding. We anticipate adding relevant materials for case method teaching.

The Environmental Peacebuilding Academy, hosted by the Environmental Peacebuilding Association® (also known as EnPAx®) engages and supports professors and educators in cultivating the next generation of practitioners and researchers; members of the Academy are professors and educators who teach classes related to environmental peacebuilding and are committed to using and promoting the Knowledge Platform and Community of Practice. Much of the education-related work of the Association is led by the EnPAx® Education Interest Group.  For more information, please contact association@environmentalpeacebuilding.org.
