Multi-party, multi-issue negotiations involve situations in which there are multiple actors, each pursuing his or her distinct (usually divergent) agendas on a number of different topics or issues—including, for example, climate change. This makes for a unique negotiating environment that calls for a different negotiating strategy in order to reach an agreement.
