The 2026 EnPAx Conference Fellows Program was designed to empower globally diverse young people as contributors to environmental peacebuilding policy, scholarship, and practice. Since January 2026, the EnPAx Conference Fellows have been investing in community building and their professional development through an online series of roundtables and workshops as well as an in-person intensive training focused on project management skills for environmental peacebuilding, held in Ottawa just prior to the conference. Following the conference, each Fellow will be writing a policy-relevant article about a topic of interest, synthesising lessons learned and shared at the conference. This roundtable will provide a sneak peak at those articles, as the Fellows share their initial observations and reflections. The discussion will be framed around the conference themes, and will highlight young people’s experiences and perspectives - of the conference, and of the environmental peacebuilding field as a whole. ************ Please note that we'd like to request that this session be scheduled on Friday morning, as it will include live-time reflections from the other Conference events. This session is being submitted by Becca Farnum on behalf of the Conference Fellows Program - she won't be speaking at this session! We will, of course, provide names/affiliations/countries once the Fellows are decided in late 2025. :)
