The School of Humanitarian Studies is seeking applications for associate faculty to both develop and teach in the Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management, Disaster and Emergency Management, and Human Security and Peacebuilding programs. We have a number of second year courses that will be delivered either entirely online, or are blended courses involving both online and face to face teaching during a short residency on campus. Preference will be given to prospective associate faculty who can both develop and teach a particular course. We also ask that any new associate faculty who do not have previous online teaching experience take an instructional skills workshop for teaching online. We provide this training for free once we have a contract in place. The Conflict Analysis and Management, Disaster and Emergency Management, and Human Security and Peacebuilding programs are dedicated to educating both aspiring and existing professionals in these fields.
