EnPAx YPIG Mentorship Program (Seeking Mentors and Mentees)

The EnPAx YPIG Mentorship program is a six-month program designed to connect intergenerational professionals for shared collaboration and learning. The Young Professionals Interest Group (YPIG) is re-launching our mentorship program with the hopes of bettering the future of the environmental peacebuilding field. These mentorship opportunities are critical for young professionals to access the experience and knowledge necessary to achieve success, and can also introduce seasoned professionals to new perspectives and skills. 

The program will operate by pairing young professionals with established environmental peacebuilding professionals for one-on-one mentoring over the course of six months. Mentors and mentees are expected to meet once a month between March and August 2023 and will be provided with optional resources and questions to guide their conversations. 

If you are interested in participating as either a mentor or a mentee, you can fill out this sign-up form to let us know your passions and research focuses, and we will try and pair you with a mentor/mentee that shares your interests. The program is designed to be flexible based on the interests and needs of participants. Please note that the mentorship program is only for members of the Environmental Peacebuilding Association.
