The Role

We are looking for WASH Team Leader to coordinate and implement WASH interventions of Oxfam emergency & recovery programme under Oxfam’s Iraq country strategic plan by providing technical support to the WASH teams in the field. The key responsibilities include providing technical support to the WASH teams in assessments, planning, reporting, internal & external coordination & implementation, quality assurance of WASH interventions and capacity building of national staff. Also, assist the PMs in proposal development and donor reporting.

What we looking for

We arelooking for a suitable qualification to provide technical support in planning, designing, implementation and monitoring Water, sanitation and hygiene promotion activities in the targeted locations in Salah al-Din governorate and other areas when needed. The responsibilities below are not a comprehensive list. In some cases, the Team Leader may be asked to perform short term assignments outside the scope below (e.g. lead a WASH assessment in an area outside the base location).
