The COP shall have overall responsibility for managing and reporting on activities for the anticipated Livelihoods, Vulnerability and Resilience Program (LVRP); making key decisions and solving problems in short time frames while maintaining operational and program quality and integrity; and serving as the Recipient’s first point of interface with USAID on routine and strategic matters. The nature of the LVRP demands exceptional leadership; programmatic, organizational management, and communication skills; and a comprehensive understanding of the South Sudan context.
