TOR for livelihoods & WASH project baseline survey, Nyaung U Township, Mandalay Region, Myanmar

Plan Myanmar will be implementing the WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) and livelihood project in six villages under Taung Bi Lay village tract in Nyaung-U Township. In order to effectively manage and implement this project, a baseline survey is required to inform the further design, monitoring and evaluation of the project. The project aims to improve livelihoods of targeted community through livelihood activities, infrastructure and WASH facilities. The work should take place between May and J une and completed by J une 30, 2014.
