Mercy Corps is powered by the belief that a better world is possible. To do this, Mercy Corps knows its teams do their best work when they are diverse and every team member feels that they belong. Mercy Corps welcomes diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skills so that it can be stronger and have long term impact. In Nepal, Mercy Corps began operations in 2005, and since then has implemented  projects in the sectors of agriculture, food security and nutrition, financial services, youth engagement, and disaster risk reduction/ climate change adaptation. To date, this programming has reached over 900,000 people in 23 districts. Mercy Corps works with a range of donors in Nepal, and have been a trusted prime partner of choice for USAID for decades.

Mercy Corps is seeking a qualified Gender Equality & Social Inclusion (GESI) Director to provide GESI technical leadership and support to the implementation of the anticipated, five-year, USAID-funded Integrated Nutrition Activity (INA) in Nepal.
