The protection of the environment during armed conflicts is one of the most important issues that affects the interests of the international community and affects the highest human values, because the environment represents the existence of man and all his needs related to it. Especially now that we are witnessing that after hundreds of days of conflicts and destruction, he has to return to a kind of normal life in one of these environments. Therefore, this problem is current and of great importance, due to the destruction to which the environment has been exposed as a result of the intensity of armed conflicts.
