Seeking Active Members for the Africa Interest Group

The Environmental Peacebuilding Association is excited to announce the development of the Africa Interest Group!  This Interest Group will hold its first online meeting in the second half of November 2019 to, among other agenda items, craft the scope of its activities. This platform is anticipated to provide an avenue for: sharing knowledge, networking, providing mentoring opportunities, and undertaking targeted action in the field of environment and peace-building within the African context.

 
For example, the Interest Group is exploring the possibility of sourcing and maintaining a database of practitioners that can be contacted for information by individuals and groups within and outside the Association; and generally promote learning and understanding of environmental peacebuilding with a special focus on Africa.
