The Environmental Peacebuilding Working Group is pleased to announce the upcoming event, "A Discussion with Oli Brown, UNEP Sub-Programme Coordinator for Disasters and Conflicts, Regarding UNEP Programming and Strategy on Environment, Conflict, and Disasters," that will take place on June 5, 2015 from 3:00PM-5:00PM. Mr. Brown is the Senior Programme Coordinator, Disasters and Conflict Sub-Programme at the United Nations Environment Programme.This event will be hosted by the United Nations Environment Programme's Regional Office for North America, located at 900 17th Street, NW, Suite 506, Washington, D.C.
The Environmental Peacebuilding Working Group is a Washington, DC-based forum for informal, face-to-face discussion of developments and initiatives in the field of environmental peacebuilding. The group meets on a quarterly basis in the Washington, DC metro area.
