Join an extraordinary journey in the Costa Rican cloud forest that integrates conflict resolution and leadership training in a unique multicultural outdoor experience. Using proven experiential learning techniques, the Practicum on Experiential Peacebuilding (PEP) is an opportunity for working professionals and students to get out of the office/classroom and take their skills to the next level.

Course Objectives:

• Learn, practice, and apply conflict resolution and peacebuilding skills in an experiential context.
• Experience the environment as a capacity for peace through 10 days of living and hiking in the Costa Rican cloud forest.
• Receive certification in experiential peacebuilding through a joint program with the United Nations-mandated University of Peace.
• Engage with other emerging leaders from around the world and become part of a network of agents for change.
