The Global Witness team draws on a wide range of skills, from undercover investigations and painstaking financial research, to information gathering on the ground and close cooperation with partners and activists all over the world. We are seeking an exceptional and experienced advocate and manager who has a demonstrated ability to build strong, high leverage relationships across the NGO, Government and Philanthropic sectors. The Director of Strategic Partnerships will work with our US Team, our Executive Director, our Boards and our Management Team to build upon and expand our network of relationships to dramatically increase Global Witness’ visibility, impact and financial resources in the US. The job will involve working with our campaigns team to identify and recruit new partners to help us achieve our ambitious goals, delivering on a $1.5 million annual major gift fundraising target, and maintaining the stewardship of a number of existing high level relationships (circa $100k+).  Global Witness does not seek funding from the corporate sector.
