The executive summary of an independent report commissioned by the G7 Foreign Ministers was released on April 14th to coincide with the G7 Foreign Ministers’ meeting today in Lübeck, Germany. In the independent report by adelphi, the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS), International Alert, and the Wilson Center, the authors recommended concrete actions that foreign ministers can take to increase the resilience of fragile and conflict-affected states to climate-related security risks.
