The Director of Policy will work closely with the Enough Project’s Founding Director to shape Enough’s policy and research agenda, as well as Enough’s strategies to effect change. This position will also work closely with the Founding Director and key staff to oversee and manage the policy and forensic investigative research work of The Sentinel, a new initiative Enough is launching in 2015 to counter the financing of conflict and mass atrocities in Africa. The Director of Policy also will work closely with the Founding Director and Managing Director to align policy goals with organizational goals. As a senior manager, this position will report to the Founding Director and Managing Director.
