"The consultant will explore the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda and within it identify signature IRC tools, approaches, and projects.  As part of this work, the consultant will a develop short report on what has been done, how was it done, what needs to be done, what is the current and potential role of IRC in this space, how to achieve this role, what is the nature of collaboration, capacity strengthening, what networking may be needed, and where the WPS agenda is heading.  As part of this work, the consultant will map out IRC country programs that have worked on the WPS agenda and conduct key informant interviews."
