Seven years after then-opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi first promised to address the impact of the Chinese-operated Letpadaung copper mine that had sparked violent unrest, villagers are still suffering. RFA visited the region in Myanmar's northern Sagaing region to investigate how the controversial mine has changed the lives of local people.
