Liberia: Judges Undergo Oil & Gas Law Training in Ganta

Circuit and specialized court judges from across Liberia are currently participating in an intensive training program in Ganta, Nimba County, aimed at strengthening their understanding of the legal and policy framework governing the country’s emerging oil and gas sector. The training, being held at the Peace Empire Hotel, is focused on the theme: “Gas and Oil Legal and Policy Framework for Liberia.” It brings together judges from circuit and specialized courts under the coordination of the James A. A. Pierre Judicial Institute, with funding support from the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL).
