Myanmar: Arsenic Found in Ayeyawady, Bago and Rakhine Water

The amount of arsenic in drinking water in Ayeyawady and Bago regions and Rakhine State has reached danger levels, according to the Department of Medical Research. The department has taken samples from 97 wells in Kyonpyaw, Ayeyawady Region, and found that 29 per cent exceeded the standard level of 0.05 milligram.
