Objectives of the consulting assignment
- To formulate Charter and Objectives for the Corporate-level WS Working Group which addresses supply chain commitments, convening sub-basin stakeholders, supporting better regulations and advocacy for inter sectors; and
- To develop the guidance document for the implementation of different tiers of WS approaches, in terms of reduction of wastewater (water pollution) and framework for the effective management of water within the enterprises.
Scope of work
The consultant is expected to develop both charter and objectives for Corporate-level WSWG and a guidance document for industrial zones level working groups, present in the respective WG meetings and produce final documents with the agreement from the members.
The consultant needs to develop a detailed work plan with a feasible time line within 10 days of signing a contract and submit it to the project for approval.

Required Profiles
- Extensive knowledge and expertise on Water Stewardships Initiatives, Water resource management and governance practices, etc.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in stakeholders’ engagement
- Demonstrated experience in delivering similar experiences and development of guideline developments and knowledge products.
- Experience working with research, data collection and other relevant professionals.
- Knowledge of pollution parameters and level of impacts.
Desirables:
- Candidates with former working experience in Myanmar/Asia regions are strongly preferred
