What does it mean to contribute to peacebuilding in Post Conflict Colombia through nature conservation? And how to save Colombia’s mega biodiversity in the aftermath of a conflict. This episode's content was provided by WWF as part of the Parks & Peace project supported by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB). WWF is an independent conservation organization active in nearly 100 countries working to create a world where nature and people can thrive. Like all other partners of this podcast, WWF sees the need to strengthen conservation and peacebuilding efforts to ensure the long-term conservation of the world’s most biodiverse places that have been persistently affected by war.
