The distribution process of Saffron bulbs among local farmers kicked off in Balkh province of Afghanistan on Saturday. The Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL) Nasir Ahmad Durani formally launched the distribution of Saffron bulbs during his visit to Balkh.
