The Chairman of the Board of the National Oil Company of Liberia has reportedly stepped down, FrontPageAfrica has learned. But it is unclear whether Cllr. Seward Cooper who doubles as President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf’s legal advisor will remain in that capacity. President Sirleaf, according to sources has reportedly accepted Cllr. Cooper’s resignation. FrontPageAfrica has been unable to determine what prompted Cllr. Cooper’s sudden resignation.
