Afghanistan: 4 killed in family clash over water in Baghlan

Four people have been killed in a clash between two families in Talah wa Barfak district of northern Baghlan province, police said on Wednesday. In a statement, the police headquarters said the incident occurred on Tuesday in the Diwalak area of the district following a personal dispute between the two families and a disagreement over access to water for agricultural land.
