Myanmar: Establishment of Land Bank under Way

Efforts are being made to set up a land bank in order to solve land use problems, said Thaung Tun, Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations. Myanmar Sustainable Development Plan (MSDP) and National Project Bank will be introduced at Invest Myanmar Summit 2019 to be held on January 28 and 29. It aims to attract investments worth over one billion USD. A total of 120 local and private economic projects from ten regions and states will mainly focus on eight major sectors, at Invest Myanmar Summit 2019.
