Chairman of the Special Fact-Finding Committee set up to investigate the remote causes of persistent attacks, killings, and destruction in the state, General Rogers Ibe Nicholas (Rtd), has revealed that land grabbing, ethnic tensions, as well as farmer-herder clashes and reprisals are behind the incessant and recurring violence in the state.
