What is common to Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen? Besides being classified as fragile and conflict-affected situations, they are among the 25 countries which are most vulnerable to climate change and which have the lowest capacity to adapt to and cope with climate shocks. Yet these countries receive far less climate finance than more stable areas.
