Once again, Myanmar’s crowning jewel of progress Yangon was awash with writing waters of assorted ingredients on July 11 as continuous heavy rain battered the city throughout the day. Citizens had to wade in as torrential downpour transforms their beloved streets and pavements into brown and yellowish canals of overflowing sewage water.
