DRC: DRC Offers US Access to Its Most Valuable Minerals

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has submitted a shortlist of state-owned mining assets to the United States for potential investment, giving Washington direct access to some of the country’s most strategic mineral projects. The list, delivered last week, includes copper-cobalt, lithium, manganese and gold projects, as well as other resources such as cassiterite, germanium, coltan and wolframite.
