Responsibilities
- Leads global program to assure responsible sourcing of minerals in the Dell supply chain
- Sets strategy, policy, goals, roadmap and metrics to drive, monitor, and report program success
- Manages virtual team to collect and analyze data from the supply chain and assess and mitigate risks
- Engages with industry groups and coalitions to improve tools and programs for a responsible mineral supply chain
- Prepares reports for internal and external communication
- Manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives
- Maintains strong awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements
Requires
- Undergraduate degree and 5+ years relevant project and program management experience
- Solid organizational and analytical skills
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external business partners
