IMPACT Initiatives is a leading Geneva-based think-and-do tank which aims to improve the impact of humanitarian, stabilisation and development action through data, partnerships and capacity building programmes. The work of IMPACT is done through its three initiatives: REACH, AGORA and PANDA.

Under the direct supervision of the REACH Research Manager for the Sector Unit, the Climate and Needs Monitoring AO will be responsible for establishing REACH South Sudan’s approach to assessing the effects of climate change and weather-related events on humanitarian conditions, monitoring of food security and overall humanitarian needs, and engaging both internally and externally on related topics.
