 The Role

  • We are looking for an Influencing Advisor, Women’s Economic Empowerment and Care to lead on Oxfam GB’s policy and influencing on unpaid care and domestic work as part of a large multi-country programme.
  • You will lead on OGB’s influencing strategy and approach on unpaid care, representing the organisation at senior level, leading advocacy processes and tools, developing policy positions and recommendations, and supporting networking and alliance building.

What we are looking for

  • As an influencing advisor, you will bring a strong background in gender and development, proven experience of developing and leading civil society advocacy, working in coalition and high level representation.
