Liberia: Judge Kaba - Land Issue Is a National Challenge

The Presiding Judge at the Criminal Court "A",Jusuf Kaba, has described land issue in Liberia as a national challenge. Criminal Court "A" is situated at the Temple of Justice on Capitol Hill in Monrovia.

Judge Kaba pointed out that land dispute should be a topical issue of the day, because according to him, the Liberian civil war left many properties abandoned for a protracted period. The prominent Liberian lawyer said this affected institutions that deal with land records.
