The Euphrates River, which passes through large areas of Syrian lands, is the artery on which the Syrian citizen depends on income. The low level of the river’s water has caused great damage to agricultural lands and cut off electricity, which negatively affected the industrial sector, and thus the livelihood of the people of Syria and the regions of North and East Syria in particular.
