Iraqi federal budget for the fiscal year 2018 commits the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) to returning the revenue of Kirkuk oil sales between 2014 and 2017. The Iraqi Parliament held a session on Thursday (March 1) to vote the 2018 federal budget bill.
