Sudan's ruling military council has denied reports about the suspension of oil flows from neighboring South Sudan. In a statement on Saturday, council spokesman Shams Aldin Kabashi said the oil flows from South Sudan were 'normal'. Media reports earlier said that the flow of crude oil from South Sudan through Port Sudan has been halted due to a worker strike in the port.
