Monrovia — Montserrado County District #15 Representative, Adolph A. Lawrence, has for the first time spoken publicly on the controversial US$25,000 saga.

It can be recalled that recently, the Heritage reported a story regarding a scandal supposedly involving House Speaker J. Alex Tyler, Rep. Adolph Lawrence and the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL).

The Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC), which is regarded as the government's leading institution with the mandate to fight corruption, has since launched a full scale investigation into the scandal based on a tip-off.
