The signing ceremony of a European Union (EU)-funded project, aimed at assisting the Afghan government to assess agriculture production systems and to strengthen institutional capacity, was convened by the Afghan Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock Ministry (MAIL) in Kabul on Tuesday.
