Liberia: Eviction Dilemma - Over 6,000 Mount Barclay Residents Made Homeless

Mount Barclay, Montserrado County- Over six thousand residents in the Mount Barclay community have been made homeless as a result of a Civil Law court order that gave right of possession of land on which they reside to the Shadrich, Melvin and Karin Bettie.

The Civil Law court ruled in favor of the Bettie's giving them legitimate right to take possession of 71 Acres of Land according to a copy of a writ (in the possession of FrontPageAfrica) prepared by Victor Gailor assistant Clerk six Judiciary Circuit Montserrado County.
