Iran may allow neighboring rival Iraq to export crude oil through its territory, though any plan to do so would have to overcome several hurdles, the official Iranian IRNA news agency reported Tuesday. Ali Kardor, managing director of the National Iranian Oil Company, was quoted as saying the two countries have held some preliminary negotiations on the idea.
