Companies remain committed to conflict minerals due diligence, despite promises of relaxed enforcement of US reporting requirements, a recent study has found. The report, by NGO Development International, evaluates the 1,153 US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) conflict minerals filings submitted in accordance with section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act.
