Colombia’s president Ivan Duque announced on Friday he would propose a 10-year extension of the law that seeks to return stolen land and help victims of the armed conflict, putting him at loggerheads with his own party. Duque announced on Friday that he would extend the validity of the 2011 Victims and Land Restitution Law by another 10 years.
