Monrovia — The office of Mr. Robert Sirleaf former Chairman of the board of directors of the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL) says it has established a special disaster empowerment recovery program for victims of floods or other disasters.

Mr. Francis Grant Political adviser in the office of Mr. Sirleaf, the son of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, said the Program is in three phases and is intended to help people who were recently affected by floods in the fishing community of West Point. Grant said: "The first phase, we have brought for you fifty bags of rice, 30 bundles of Zincs and 25 cartoons of nails and a hundred and fifty thousand Liberian dollars."
