Myanmar: Hero Rat Magawa Has New Role after Retiring from Landmine Work

The Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC) director-general, Heng Ratana told Khmer Times yesterday that Magawa, the HeroRat, is finally retiring after having worked in the landmines for five years. However, he said that Magawa will take on another  role showing CMAC handlers the ropes on how to train new  rats.
