The halt of independent oil exports by the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) through Turkey is “temporary” and will only persist until a probable mutual agreement is reached between Erbil and Baghdad, an assistant to the Region’s prime minister said Sunday while affirming that the distribution of salaries will not be impeded.
