Colombia: Colombia's Celsia Puts US$26mn Solar Park before Environmental Authorities

Colombian energy group Celsia filed an environmental impact study (EIS) for a solar project worth 82bn pesos (US$26mn) in Córdoba department. The 19.9MW Montelíbano plant would have a 68ha footprint on privately owned land, according to national environmental licensing authority ANLA.
