Iraq/Kurdistan: KRG Receiving Second $500 Million Oil Payment

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) is receiving a second payment from Baghdad, for oil supplied to Iraq’s federal oil marketing authority under a Nov. 13 confidence-building deal.
