Liberia: NOCAL Scandal - Deficiency, Inconsistency in Revenue Sharing

The General Auditing Commission has completed the Audit of the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL) for the Fiscal years ended June 30, 2009 through June 30, 2011 and submitted the audit report to the National Legislature. This is the second audit of NOCAL by the GAC. The GAC has, however, issued a disclaimer of opinion on the financial statements and related records of NOCAL for the Fiscal Years under audit.
